< WORKS OF BODY

Self-portrait (white, short dirty-blonde hair, androgynous/"female" figure, body hair) naked and seated in a simple wooden chair, wearing a black gas mask. I hold a bloodless knife in one hand and a severed anatomical heart (also bloodless) in the other, my head bowed as though I'm looking at it through the mask. Similar hearts are scattered here and there, still bloodlessly, on the ground. There is a bloodless gash down my chest and stomach, gaping and red. Plain white background.
